Ingredients:

Instructions:

  1. Marinate the Chicken:

    • In a bowl, combine olive oil, paprika, garlic powder, salt, and black pepper. Rub this mixture over the chicken breasts. Let it marinate for at least 30 minutes (or overnight in the refrigerator for deeper flavor).
  2. Sear the Chicken:

    • Heat 1 tablespoon of olive oil in a skillet over medium heat. Add the chicken breasts and sear for 4-5 minutes per side, or until golden brown. Remove and set aside (they will finish cooking in the sauce).
  3. Prepare the Sauce:
